Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. Who we are

Arrowly is run by Brayan Smith Pineda Duarte, an individual ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use Arrowly or buy credits for it. You can reach us at support@arrowly.dev.

2. The service

Arrowly is a script you add to your web app. When one of your users asks how to do something, a guide points at each step with an arrow and a sign, based on the live page and the help docs you give us. Arrowly is for businesses: by creating an account you confirm that you are using it for your work or company.

3. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. You must keep that address current and secure. One account is one company, with one user.

4. Buying credits

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle is the seller of your order, appears at checkout and on your receipt, and handles payment, tax and billing questions. Paddle's own terms apply to the purchase.

Credits are prepaid units of the Arrowly service, usable only on Arrowly, with no cash value, and not transferable.

5. The monthly plan

The plan renews every month until you cancel it. If a renewal payment fails, no new plan credits are added, and credits from packs keep working. If you cancel, your plan credits last until the end of the billing period.

6. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy. When an order is refunded or charged back, its credits are removed and your balance can go below zero, in which case new guides stop until it is positive again.

7. Limits

Each account has a daily guide limit, and requests are rate limited, to protect you and the service. Your site key is public by design. You set the websites allowed to use it, and you are responsible for guides run through it. Tell us quickly if you see use you do not recognise.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use Arrowly to:

9. Your content and your users' data

Your help docs stay yours. You let us use them, and what the guide reads from your pages, only to run Arrowly for you. The Privacy Policy explains what is processed. The Data Processing Addendum covers personal data we process for you. You must tell your users about Arrowly where the law requires it, and mark private parts of your pages with data-guide-ignore.

10. AI-generated guidance

Each step is generated by an AI model and can be wrong, or point at the wrong thing. The people using your app stay in charge of what they click. You should not rely on a guide for anything where a mistake could cause serious harm.

11. No warranty

We work to keep Arrowly running well, but we provide it as it is and as available, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing here removes rights that the law says cannot be removed.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Arrowly in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.

13. Ending

You can stop using Arrowly at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. If we stop offering Arrowly without any fault of yours, we will tell you in advance.

14. Changes

We may change these terms or our prices. We will tell you by email before a change that matters to you takes effect. A price change does not affect credits you already bought.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, and its courts have jurisdiction.
