600 credits every month. Unused credits expire at renewal. Plan credits are spent first.
How credits work
- One credit is one guide of up to 25 steps, charged at its first answer.
- That includes answers with no arrow, such as a question back or "I can't help with that".
- If our AI service fails before any answer, there is no charge.
- At zero credits, new guides stop and a guide already charged finishes.
- No overage invoices.
- No free trial: the public demo is the trial.
- The default limit is 100 guides a day, and you can change it.
Credits are prepaid units of the Arrowly service, usable only on Arrowly, with no cash value, and not transferable.
Paddle is our merchant of record and reseller. Paddle is the seller of your order, appears at checkout and on your receipt, and handles payment, tax and billing support.
Questions
What counts as a guide?
One task for one user, up to 25 steps. The credit is taken at the guide's first answer, even if that answer has no arrow. If our AI service fails before any answer, there is no charge.
What happens when credits run out?
New guides stop, and a guide already charged finishes. We never invoice you for extra use.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes, in the public demo, which runs the real guide on a sample app. No free trial beyond that.
Does it see what my users type?
Not what they type into your app's fields. What they type into the guide itself, their question and any answers, is sent to the AI model. The Privacy Policy lists what is sent.
Does it work with a strict Content Security Policy?
Yes. It needs two sources allowed and no inline styles. The setup guide gives the exact policy.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, at any time. Your plan credits last until the end of the billing period.
