Refund Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Paddle is our merchant of record and reseller. Paddle sells your order, so refunds are requested from Paddle and paid by Paddle.

Asking for a refund

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase or of your latest renewal. Paddle reviews each request and makes the decision. Asking does not guarantee a refund. This covers both credit packs and the monthly plan.

To ask, use either of these:

Your legal rights

Some countries give consumers a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within a set period and be refunded. Those rights override this policy, and where rights differ the stronger one applies. Paddle's Refund Policy lists them by country.

If something is broken

If Arrowly is not working, please contact us first at support@arrowly.dev, so we can try to fix it. If we can't sort it out, you can go to Paddle.

What happens to your credits

When an order is refunded or charged back, the credits from that order are removed. Your balance can go below zero. New guides then stop until it is positive again.

Cancelling the monthly plan

Use the "Manage subscription" link in your confirmation email and choose "Cancel subscription", or go to paddle.net. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops further charges. Your plan credits last until then. You can cancel even if a payment can't be refunded.
